Jack's 3 Month Photos

We had Jack's 3 month photos taken in January by Fall Child Photography who I highly recommend. The photographer captured some wonderful photos of both kids. I have been wanting a good shot of the two of them and finally got it. I will treasure it forever. Here are some of my favorite photos we got.

Time always seem to fly when you aren't sleeping much - lol. Jackson is 4 months old already. He is a growing, healthy boy. I took him for his 4 month check up and he now weighs 16 pounds 9 ounces (75 percentile) and is 26 inches long (90 percentile). He is long and big! It is interesting to look at Grace's stats and she didn't weigh this much until 9 months. 

We got a good report at the doctor and after two shots we were sent our way. We have a big boy who is so much fun and such a little smiler. Happy 4 months Jack!

I imagine Jack is thinking - look at my crazy sister. :) 

Valentine's Day 2013

Valentine's Day was lots of fun this year as Grace is starting to understand it more and plus it involves a party at school which is always fun! I love to dress the kids up in fun Valentine's outfits and give them little presents. And as always Brian & I made spaghetti and brownies - our Valentine's tradition since we were dating. It was a love-filled day. <3 p="">

Museum of Discovery

A few weeks ago we went and saw GG in Fort Collins and she took us to a new museum in Fort Collins called the Museum of Discovery. It was a fun museum where Grace could try out musical instruments and build things. There were a few things she wasn't quite old enough for yet, but she seemed to enjoy herself. I'm sure we will visit there again.

Playtime

As Jackson is getting older we are slowly having him try new things. He loves to lay on his gym mat and look at the light, but now he is trying to roll over and is grabbing at the toys. We expect he will roll any day now. 

We also tried the Bumbo seat out. His look in this photo says it all - he wasn't into it and he neck control wasn't quite ready yet. He is probably ready now, but won't fit in it anymore - he is just too big!

We recently started putting Jack into the exersaucer - aka the neglector. He seems too like it and loves being able to watch everyone and everything. Jack also seems to love watching sports with dad in it. 

Jack is such a happy baby. I expect before we know he will be crawling and trying to steal all of Grace's of toys. :)
